Hello. I'm testing the GridViewTree, and found a problem when trying to update data to database.

I have a GridViewTree that is populated with data by a ObjectDataSource, that have both SelectMethod and UpdateMethod set.

Also, I have created some linkbuttons to edit and update (that have "Edit" and "Update" CommandNames, respectively) the data.

If I click the Edit linkbutton all is ok. The textboxes are presented so I can edit data.

The problem occurs when I click my Update linkbutton. I noticed my save method in ObjectDataSource class is not called, and I get the following error: "Reference not set to an instance of an object".

My doubt are:

- is the GridViewTree enabled to update data by using base gridview standards (i.e. linkbuttons with CommandName="Update")?

- if yes, is there any specific code or a how-to to make it work?

Thanks!

Yes, the GridViewTree is enabled to do this. Could you email me your stack trace page to the support email address?
